What is the cancellation policy?When booking directly through our website we require a 20% depoist at booking and the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay commencing. The deposit is non-refundable. If you have booked via another site, such as Airbnb or Booking.com please see your booking conformation for the cancellation policy.

How do I get my keys?You will be emailed 24 hours before your checkin with a unique code to access the key safe and clear instructions on where to locate the key safe and how to enter the property.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?Yes! We offer 10% discount on stays of over 7 nights, 15% discounts on stays over 14 nights and 20% on stays over 30 nights!

How can I extend my stay?If you love your Beehive Stay and wish to stay longer please contact us on info@beehivestays.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will also give you a 10% discount for extending with us directly! Thats ontop of any long stay discount!
